Curator Talk: Hans D. Christ
In association with NOH Suntag’s exhibition The 4th Wall: The State of Emergency II, the curator talk by Hans D. Christ, co-curator of the exhibition, will take place in a form of tour in the exhibition space on 1 June, Thursday, 4pm and 3 June, Saturday, 3pm. This event introduces The 4th Wall: The State of Emergency II from a perspective of curator along the question “What is a nation?” and “What means a ‘democracy in-come’?” It will connect the work of NOH Suntag with theories about the force of law and the construction of the national state by the authors such as Walter Benjamin, Judith Butler, Jacques Derrida, Eric J. Hobsbawm, Achille Mbembe, Georg Simmel and others.
