Screening & Talk: Yeondoo Jung – Marathon Screening & Artist Talk
Spanning seventeen years of artist Yeondoo Jung’s video works, this event is aptly named “Marathon Screening & Talk: Yeondoo Jung”. Divided into three topics over three days, the screening will feature the artist’s twenty-three video pieces. Included is his first video work as an artist, A Day in Mido(2001), a 15 minute video observation of one apartment block for a day. Also featured is his most recent video work, Kigali, into the Night (2016), filmed in Rwanda. The informal screening will include plenty of time for casual conversation, discussions with the artist, and popcorn.
