In conjunction with the exhibition ‘Heidi Bucher: Spaces are Shells, are Skins’, Art Sonje Center presents a special screening of Heidi Bucher’s documentary film <Spaces are Shells, are Skins(Raume sind Hüllen, sind Haute)>. Project Director of Art Sonje Center Je Yun Moon explains that this documentary film is an important resource for insight into the world of Heidi Bucher and her art practice. Sounds of whales drift with the movement of the artist as she walks through the spaces in which are the inspirations for her skinning process. We invite you to experience the core themes within the Bucher’s works of art.
