– Entry is only allowed at your reserved time.
– If you arrive outside your reserved time, you may be asked to wait on-site like walk-in visitors.
– If you need to change your time slot, please cancel your current reservation and make a new booking for your preferred time.

– Walk-in admission is first-come, first-served and available only if there is remaining capacity after reserved visitors enter.
–  Waiting may occur on-site, and please note that no designated waiting area is available.
